The Alberta Party Social Policy focuses on the importance of ALL Albertans and recognizes there are important linkages between all our people oriented policies. The same key factors are associated with health, education, crime prevention, and creativity in determining peoples’ ability to develop a good life in addition to helping themselves and their communities throughout life.

The Alberta Party believes that Albertans possess an entrepreneurial / do-it-yourself attitude with an enduring desire to build a good life for themselves while contributing to their province and communities. We understand that Albertans have a strong sense of what’s right and a willingness to ensure everyone gets a fair shot, regardless of their circumstances.

The Alberta Party’s Social Policy recognizes that government has a role to play in helping Albertans help themselves, their families, friends and communities through effective systems of support while ensuring that all Albertans to have the opportunity to build and live meaningful lives, in supportive environments and vital communities.
